LPP Ukraine — an international fashion company (brands Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Sinsay) is looking for
Chief Accountant.
Our office is located in Lviv, but we are ready to support relocation.
This is not a classical accounting role — it’s a strategic position for someone who sees finance as more than just numbers in reports and wants to influence business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full control of accounting: accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislation
- Month-end closing, preparation of financial, tax, and statistical reporting
- Managing a team of 13+ accountants: task setting, coordination, mentoring, and development
- Updating and maintaining the company’s accounting policies
- Providing consulting support to business units on accounting issues
- Interaction with regulatory authorities and preparation for external audits
- Accounting setup/restoration, process analysis, and optimization
- Defining technical requirements for IT team, participation in automation projects, and ERP implementation
Requirements:
- Higher education (Accounting, Finance, Economics)
- 3+ years of experience as a Chief Accountant (?managing a team of 10 people or more)
- Conversational English (B1+ required)
- Experience in retail and international companies is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- Knowledge of 1C, M.E.Doc, ERP systems.

Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9:00—18:00, 4/1 office/remote
