About The Role

As the key link between manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams for be in line with company service level expectation. You’ll lead cross-functional planning (demand and long term production plan plus customer service). You’ll guide your team to continuously improve plan accuracy, capacity alignment, and supply chain performance.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field;
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain, planning, preferably in manufacture company;
• Proven track record in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and customer service;
• Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP and planning systems;
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills;
• Advanced in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage demand forecasts in collaboration with the sales teams;
• Develop and manage production plan (long, middle and short terms) forecasts in collaboration with the supply and production teams.
• Lead the sales & operations planning process to align inventory planning with business objectives.
• Lead customer service for clients in line with service level agreements;
• Ensure optimal stock levels at the warehouse to meet service level targets while minimizing excess inventory.
• Strategic Planning:Designing and implementing strategies for network planning, inventory optimization, and demand fulfillment across the entire supply chain.
• Forecasting & Analysis:Utilizing data and planning tools to forecast demand, monitor performance using KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Inventory Management:Overseeing inventory levels to ensure product availability while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
• Risk Management:Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks through scenario planning and developing robust contingency plans.
• Stakeholder Communication:Communicating effectively with internal teams, senior management, and external partners to align on objectives and address issues.
