Resposibilities:

1. Provide help to customers using your organisation’s products or services.
2. Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
3. Analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service.
4. Produce written information for customers, often involving the use of computer packages and software.
5. Write reports and analyse the customer service.
6. Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
