We are seeking highly organized self-consistent Dispatchers with knowledge of English who will be in charge of identifying, planning and coordinating over the road shipments for our customers. Dispatcher is a front line representative of our company and must constantly demonstrate our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our clients and ensuring fair business practices with each of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Searching and routing the best fitting loads the vehicles
• Working with the drivers to coordinate equipment and freight to maintain maximum productivity and efficiency
• Plan and organize delivery and pick up
• Provide assurances that freight is dispatched and delivered on time
• Assist in expediting any problem on the current shipments (if any delays, missing documents, troubleshooting with customs clearances and so on.
• Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Dispatcher experience at Booking/ Track&Trace/ Customer Service/ Sales is a great plus
• Confident PC user
• *Highly organized and DETAIL ORIENTED *
• Able to provide superior, timely customer service
• Must have a «sense of urgency» attitude
• English — advanced (it is a MUST).
• Be ready to work with the SCHEDULE:
  • Main Shift is M-F 15:00−01:00 (occasional weekend/night duty is possible once a month) or
  • Night shifts 5/2 23:00−08:00
