Key responsibilities:

• Source and engage clients who need freight transportation; build and maintain client relationships for ongoing business.
• Coordinate and manage transportation processes: schedule shipments, monitor status, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle exceptions and troubleshoot operational issues in real time.
• Maintain clear communication with brokers and drivers; provide updates and resolve questions.
• Keep accurate records of shipments, incidents, and communications.

Requirements:

• Conversational and written English (above average).
• Basic PC skills and comfort with MS Office (Excel required).
• Sales or client-facing experience is a plus.
• Team player with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Full-time

Schedule: 15:00−01:00 Kyiv time (Monday-Friday) 15:00−21:00(office);22:00−01:00(remote); Base rate :850$ + performance bonuses
