We’re looking for a junior QA engineer who’s curious, careful, and eager to learn. You don’t need to know it all yet — you need solid fundamentals, sharp attention to detail, and the willingness to grow with us.

The role

You’ll join the team behind a multi-application web platform built on .NET and Angular, hosted on Azure. You’ll start with manual testing and small automation work, and gradually take on bigger pieces of the QA process as you grow.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Run manual tests for new features and regressions, and write up what you find clearly.
• Write test cases and checklists based on user stories and acceptance criteria — with help from senior QAs at first.
• Read, run, and tweak automated tests in C# (Selenium WebDriver), and start writing your own as you grow.
• Test APIs with Postman — getting comfortable with requests, responses, and what “good” looks like.
• Investigate and reproduce bugs, log them clearly, and follow them through to a fix.
• Pair, ask questions, and learn — we’d much rather you ask early than spend two days stuck.
• Try out AI-assisted QA tools to draft test cases, expand coverage, and learn faster.

What you’ll work with

• Automation: C#, Selenium WebDriver.
• API testing: Postman, REST APIs.
• Data: Microsoft SQL Server — basic T-SQL queries to start, more advanced as you grow.
• Application stack: .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web API), Angular, hosted on Azure.
• Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, test management tools.
• AI tooling: we use AI-assisted tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) for test work — you’ll learn them on the job.

Foundations

• 1+ years of QA / software testing experience (commercial, internship, or strong personal projects all count).
• Familiar with the basics of testing: test cases, checklists, regression, defect lifecycle.
• Some hands-on experience with API testing (Postman or similar).
• Basic SQL — you can write simple SELECTs and joins to validate data.
• Some exposure to test automation, ideally Selenium WebDriver in C# (running and reading tests is enough to start).
• Comfortable using Git (or TFS) for everyday version control.
• Have worked in (or studied) a Scrum / Agile setup.

• Eager to learn modern tooling, including AI-assisted QA.

• English at B2+ — you can collaborate clearly with the team in writing and conversation.

Nice to have

• Personal QA projects, a GitHub profile, or anything else that shows you build and break things on your own time.
• A finished QA bootcamp, university degree, or equivalent self-taught path.
• Exposure to Azure or another cloud platform.
• Already played with AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) — even just for personal projects.
• ISTQB Foundation (or similar) certification.
