As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and success of a portfolio of top partners in your city. Your role is to build strong partnerships, grow your clients' businesses, and drive their success together with Glovo.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Onboard new partners to the platform and help them launch quickly and efficiently.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of service and commercial engagement.
- Deeply understand partners' needs, gather insights, and improve both their experience and the experience of our users.
- Close deals and grow the business in a dynamic environment.
- Increase Glovo’s visibility through joint marketing activities (marketing kits, merchandising, etc.).
- Drive revenue growth by reviewing commissions and selling additional tools and solutions.
- Work with inactive or churned partners: analyze root causes, build action plans, and bring them back to the platform.
- Improve partners' operational performance to ensure customers always receive the best service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets, forecast results, and track key account metrics.
- Actively collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and grow in a supportive environment.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 3−5 years of experience in account management and strong business understanding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Attention to detail, proactiveness, organization, and ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
- Empathy, openness, and curiosity to learn.
- Proactiveness and readiness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment (we believe nothing is impossible).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
- Experience with tools such as Office 365 and Salesforce.
- Experience in fast-growing digital/startup companies is a plus.
