Requirements:

• High level of English (Upper-Intermediate).
• Basic knowledge of software development processes.
• Basic understanding of computer networks, including internal and external networks.
• Familiarity with network concepts such as port forwarding.
• You are a great logical & creative thinker.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to frequent change.
• Proven customer service skills are a huge plus.
• Computer literacy.
• High level of accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide help to customers using your organisation’s products or services.
• Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
• Analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service.
• Produce written information for customers, often involving the use of computer packages and software.
• Write reports and analyse customer service performance.
• Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
